This site was developed for a regional Center for Ocean Sciences Education Excellence. Funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the Great Lakes Sea Grant Network, this project required significant collaboration between many education and communication experts throughout the Great Lakes basin.
